After choosing the car from Edmunds.com I got hooked up with the South Bay Lexus Dealership here in Southern Ca.  I contacted the Internet Manager right away and asked them if the car was still available for purchase, that I had seen online.  After our conversation they took the car off the market and I came in 3 days later to pick it up.  It was so quick, IN and OUT with the paperwork and a New Car!
 
I had bought 3 other cars prior to this one and never once did I experience what I did at South Bay Lexus.  No Haggling, no additional "hidden" costs, everything was exactly as was explained to me over the phone.  i couldn't be happier.

I want to thank you again for your amazing service and the wonder car--my new RX400h!  I spoke with more than a dozen Lexus dealers in trying to find the car I wanted at the right price and spent some days going back and forth with three or four of them.  Yet, in a matter of minutes after your first call, you were able to put together a good offer with exactly the car I wanted.  Your confidence in the car and the company and the competence with which  you put together the offer and organized the entire process made the whole car-buying episode the best I've experienced.

As you know, I live two hours from any town, so I knew I'd have to drive some distance to take delivery on the car.  I'm about 5 hours or more from your dealership.  Our friends are amazed when I tell them that you were willing to spend your day off driving half the distance to my house, so I wouldn't have to drive so far--just to put me in the driver's seat of the wonder car as soon as possible.  That level of service and commitment to customers speaks volumes about your professionalism and the dealership you represent.  Also, I really appreciated you going over the intricacies of the hybrid and giving me some tips about driving this new way.  It'll take some practice and lots more study of the manuals, but I'm already feeling like a completely spoiled driver and am quite sure I'll never again own a gas-only vehicle.  Your enthusiasm about these cars was so contagious!   Every day I am learning four or five new features, it seems--all of them evidence of intuitive engineering.

I've read about and studied this car for a couple of years and have followed the chat boards for what other owners have experienced.  Now, I can add my own 2 cents  to those boards and will be sure to include your brilliant salesmanship as a strong recommendation for those looking to buy a Lexus.  It's great to feel like a new member of the club.

My goodness, this car is awesome, the color everything about it I love.  This is my 3rd GS300 and I have to tell you this is the BEST BY FAR, just when I think Lexus has out done themselves they find something else to do to top the last vehicle.  I am truly pleased and happy to be a Lexus owner and as I drive down the street with a big SMILE on my face everyone else knows it as well.  I haven't even taken out the time to read the manual yet, I will try to do that today.
